Weighty Affairs Pte Ltd ("WAPL") is a company that manufactures and sells weight loss supplements. They took out a full-page advertisement in a local magazine that stated as follows:

"We at Weighty Affairs Pte Ltd have an exciting promotion for you! Purchase one (1) bottle of our Weight Loss Supplement and use it in accordance with the instructions included with the product. We promise that you will lose at least 3 kilograms in your body weight in 1 month! This result is guaranteed by us! If you do not achieve this result, we will pay you $500 in cash! No tricks, no gimmicks, just our honest guarantee!"

Freddy was casually browsing through the magazine when he noticed the advertisement by WAPL. He was interested in the promotion, and decided to buy a bottle of the Weight Loss Supplement from WAPL.

He used the product in accordance with the instructions, but he did not lose any weight after one month. He decided to claim the sum of $500 from WAPL, as mentioned in the advertisement. However, WAPL informed him that the advertisement was just "sales talk", and carried no legal effect.

1(A) Explain whether there is a valid contract between Freddy and WAPL that will entitle Freddy to claim the sum of $500 as mentioned in the advertisement. In your answer, you should identify and discuss the four (4) elements of a contract.
