History is made up of towering heroes, for example Abraham Lincoln, and notorious figures such as the Nazi Adolf Eichmann. In other words, we have a near saint and a near devil. Think of who appears in the historical record, and then answer the following questions:

• Part 1 Who gets left out of the historical narrative and why? Explain and be sure to use few examples..
• Part 2 Does this mean, in your opinion, that history is not the same as truth? Explain your answer.
