How do you organize your files on your computer?

Are they organized or just over your desktop, on a storage device, or in the cloud?

Do you use multiple folders or have folders nested inside of one another?

Do you organize other things? If so, explain. If you don't organize other things, is there something you need to organize? I wish the pictures on my phone were organized. I also have a massive project organizing the physical pictures that I need to start.
