How the following discussion reflects on gender differences?

A gender difference I feel is mostly influenced by the environment is jobs and occupations. Thewoman are usually the faces of nurses and hair stylists, while men are the faces of policeand firefighters. The aspects of our society that are driving these gender differences are culture and media. Children are taught the way they must act, toys they can play with, andclothes they can wear, at a young age all based on their gender. Growing upthey also see how their gender gets made fun offor doing the opposite on the media. I do feel that this is problematic because it might force or make those who want to do things differently feel that theycan't be or express themselves because of fear of judgement.
