HOW TO REPONSE WITH BOTH DISCUSSIONS?

PART ONE: So my products and services are fairly simple. They are coffee and tea products along with different sweet treats. I choose to bring to a new city or town different coffees and teas that will bring all people together in a coffee shop so they can have that new choice of drink or treat. I plan to offer a different and wide variety of coffees and teas of new flavor. Most places offer the same flavors or something similar. I want to bring that sip of happiness to people with new flavors. The product and development life cycle starts with the new flavors and brands of teas and coffees. As well as the sweet treats offered with them. I am always up for surveys and new recommendations from customers and to hear their ideas. I want to make sure that my products are the best in quality and if something is not that great what can be replaced on the menu. There would be a lot of features that would be added and removed at certain times of the year or season. I am always looking for improvements and recommendation from all customers and people stopping in to see my shop!

PART TWO: The product I have for you is a monthly subscription box that is for your beloved family dog. Bark Box offers in the basic box, two toys, toys bags of treats, and two chew sticks. If your dog has any allergies, you can choose what snacks are not included in the box. You can also choose to have tougher toys in the box for the stronger chewer or choose a toy-only box. Our boxes are themed, for instance in September our boxes were labeled "Bark to School" in the boxes were school-themed items from a tough chew pencil to a soft marble copybook toy.

Bark Box is in the growth stage. We have an increase in sales volume, our public awareness has increased and there is competition in the market. At Bark box we are always looking to improve, we listen to our customers and take their thoughts and ideas into consideration.
