I am Marcus Carter and I am currently serving in the Air Force as a Maintenance Production Manger in the maintenance realm. My career field is more commonly known as PS&D. I've been in the military for 17 years and 9 months. I'm currently stationed at my Whiteman AFB. I'm pursing my degree in the Transportation Management and Logistic with the plan of getting my Project Management certificate before I retire in a few years so that I can pursue a position within one of the government aircraft depot departments. One of my passions that always find time for is coaching. I've coached primarily basketball and football in the past but my kids turned 6 recently and I've had to broaden my expertise so I can coach them in their soccer season. I really enjoy barbecuing, I recently bought my first smoker. I have been married for 10 years in July and been blessed with twin daughters so I don't have as much spare time as I had used too in the past. A quote that I have heard from a few of my supervisors is "It is impossible to improve any process until it is standardized", it should be
