I do not think Holland's theory of Person-Environment Fit would have a significant effect on how regularly employees achieve "Flow" at work, as having a variety of types of people increases the capacity and ability of a workforce more than limiting it, especially in an environment dependent on circulation of new/original ideas. I think a person will achieve flow easiest in the Establishment stage, as they are most likely very well versed in their field but have not reached the decline stage and subsequently limited ability that is resultant of an older age/long experience in a workplace setting. That being said, those in the Growth/Exploration stages are invaluable for their ideas and open minds. If a person has higher emotional intelligence I think they tend to fit into a team/workforce better, as they are able to more easily relate to their coworkers
