I have scored these projects and now I am having trouble utilizing all of the budget (all in millions). I want to spend every dollar.
I have scored these projects and now I am having trouble utilizing all of the budget (all in millions). I want to spend every dollar. I have 4 categories: STRATEX with a budget of $2025 , capex with a budget of $2700, OPEX with a budget of $2025, and any remaining projects will be placed in another category with the left over monies to get the sum of the total budget to zero if there is any left. The ratio for allocation to the three main categories are 30-40-30 to get a total of $6.75 billion. The score is to help prioritize projects.
