We will generate a customer feedback program for this product to obtain all data and gain insight to help us improve our processes. This program will allow us to gauge customer satisfaction and let us fix any issues our customers are running into. We can gain feedback from our customer service representatives, phone calls to customers, and customer surveys sent out after the customer receives their product. Internal communication channels we will use include internal emails, employee surveys, employee chat programs, and SMS communications between all employees.
