Hold it in a way that resembles the way it is drawn and with all six carbon atoms in the same plane. -p 2: On Structure 1 on the previous page, draw in the hydrogens in a way that approximates what you see in your model using solid (coming toward you) and hashed (going away from you) wedges. The OH group and the hydrogen on the same carbon atom the OHH is on have been done for you. Step 3: Rotate the carbon-carbon bonds to make your model look like the second structure, then add wedges for the OH group and the hydrogen atom attached to that s to add all the other hydrogens ons hashed wedge to reflect what you see in with your model. You dont Step 4: Repeat this procedure for the rest of the strucust all be the same compound, as they all reare cos that, even though they look different in some ways, they mir the molecular model you made. Question 1. Molecules can be writen in many different ways and still be the same molecule. Explain how you can teil if two molecules that look different on the page are actually the same molecule or not
