I want to calculate the standard deviation value for the total sum of germinated seeds at a specific concentration. 50 seeds is the sum of the number of seeds at a specific molar concentration. 39 seeds is the sum of all the number of germinated seeds in a specific NaCl solution. In each trial, there were 10 seeds. We had 5 trials. in trial 1 of 0.5M 9 seeds germinated in trial 2: 7, in trial 3: 8, in trial 4: 8 and in trial 5: 7. Like i said The sum of the total number of seeds of each trial at a specific concentration of 50. Please help me calculate SD value
