a) establish means and methods required by the unique site condition to adequately direct the work safely and productively 

b) concentrate on information contained in the soil report to ensure unforeseen conditions have been adequately addressed by the Architect's design 

c) forecast the cost impact of unknown conditions based on the information presented by the surveyor, soil engineer and architect 

d) be familiar with the contract documents and conduct a site inspection
