If the doctors see the price, then it is to their advantage to charge however much they want and if the insurers set the price then it could partially be in their benefit but leave the room for the doctors to potentially take advantage of treatments and services not needed. Do you think the government should be part of these negotiations regarding fee for service? Outside of medicare and medicaid of course since those are under their umbrella already. Also, are do you think that state and federal fraud deterrents do enough on this front?
