If you were the parents of the dead children, who would you sue and under what tort theory? 

Molly is an animal lover. One day while visiting a local wildlife preservation center in Southampton, New York, she is approached by Juan, who owns five wild cats. Juan tells Molly that he is having problems with the local police in his hometown. According to Juan, all of his wildcats which include three lions and two tigers are like his children and have never harmed anyone. However, Juan states that the town wants him to get rid of all of his wild cats or "they will be seized and put down." Because it would break Molly's heart to see an animal in "harm's way," she agrees to take one of the tigers named "Baby Eater." After she adopted "Baby Eater," Molly starts to notice some aggressive behavior. For example, "Baby Eater" growled at the mail carrier one day when the mail carrier tried to deliver the mail. One day, while Molly was at work, "Baby Eater" escaped from her house and entered the playground of the Catholic pre-school two blocks from Molly's house in Belle Harbor, New York. While the teachers at the Catholic pre-school were setting up a bingo table for the Wednesday night charity bingo game, "Baby Eater" killed three toddlers and partially eats two of them.
