II.Summary of production activity costs PT. PEOPLE'S COMPUTER for December 2018 is presented as follows:

a.Raw Materials: Initial Inventory 1,000 units @ Rp.10,000; Purchases were made 2 times consisting of Purchases on 5 December 4,000 units @ Rp.11,000 and 11 December 7,500 units @ IDR 10,500. Raw Materials used for the production of 12,000 units. Raw Material Accounting Policy: Periodic System and FIFO Method.

b.Labor costs for December consist of Direct Labor IDR 40,000,000. Indirect Labor IDR 15,000,000. and Income Tax on Salaries and Wages Rp.5,500,000 which will be paid in January 2020.

c.The Overhead Cost charged to products is based on the rate set in advance, on the basis of: Budgeted Overhead Rp.40,000,000 and Estimated Direct Labor Hours of 20,000 hours. Actual direct labor hours worked for December 18,000 hours.

d.There are no goods in process as of December 31, 2018.
