You are to write an NC program that will carve your initials (first, middle, and last) in a machinable wax block. If your initials do not have any "curved letters,,, use G for your middle initial. In lab we will verify the program, and then (if everything works) run it in order to actually cut the part Your grade will reflect how well you formed your design and how well you match it. You will be supplied only one block of raw material for this assignment. Material: Machinable wax of size 3 x2 x.75 inches. You need to fit all the letters on the wide surface. To do this, you will determine the scale of your letters (minimum height - 1 inch) Tooling: A high speed steel end mill tip with 4 teeth and 0.125 inch diameter. Initial tol position is your choice as long as it clears the block by one-half inch in the z-axis. Constraints: You should submit one document in.txt format with G-Code for your initials. . commands in the code.
