Is my thesis on Organizational change acceptable?

Organizational change management refers to a corporation implementing and adapting change due to external and internal forces. The theory states that business growth and performance can be enhanced when a company decides to change its culture, structure, policies and technology in an evening environment. Organizations implement change as a means of adapting within a completive market, solve internal problems within the organizational structure, and improve processes and procedures.
