Normally you answer all calls on your smartphone. In the morning you only answer if it is your mom calling. Between 4 PM and 5 PM, you need to take your dog for a walk and cannot answer calls. If you are asleep, you do not answer any calls. Using the above logic, write a java program such with a user provided hour (time) of day, the program returns if you can answer the call.
