There is a 40 footer container to be shipped to a new client in Rwanda. While the cocoa beans were being transported to Tema harbor, the truck got stacked for two weeks. Finally the cocoa beans were onboard to Rwanda via Mearsk shipping line. The shipping line noticed during the voyage the the cocoa beans were becoming moldy. Discovering that the cocoa beans will greatly devalue before getting to Rwanda, the shipping line got an offer and sold the cocoa beans in Ethiopia. After several impossible calls to Kwaku Frimpong. The new buyer paid the agreed price (based on the current market value) to Mearsk shipping line transactional account which was immediately transferred to Kwaku Frimpong. Kwaku Frimpong under declared the said payment and paid madam Echoke. Advise Madam Echoke and Kwaku Frimpong. 8. Davido in Delta state wrote to Tiwa Leki offering to sell Tiwa his Mercedes Benz car for one million Naira. On receiving Davidos offer, Tiwa telephoned him in order to accept. Davido however said that since large sums of money is involved, he wanted written confirmation of the acceptance from Tiwa. He said that if Tiwa got her letter of acceptance to him by 11 am the next day, he will go ahead with the sale at 1 million Naira. Tiwa at once wrote and posted the letter of acceptance, which Davido received at 9am on the Tuesday morning. In the meantime however, Davido had received a better offer for his car and wrote to Tiwa withdrawing his offer to her. This letter was posted at 5pm on the Monday evening. Discuss
