The administration for finance headed by Mr. Rico is conniving with some unscrupulous government healthcare provider, they are manipulating the hospital bills of patients by declaring that the patient has a severe case of COVID-19 but in fact, the case is only a mild case, in so doing they can collect/reimburse more than the actual amount this practice is known to Ms. Joy the hospital treasurer when she called the attention of Mr. Rico, she was told not to meddle and she was offered by Mr. Rico that she will be receiving an increment if she kept the information secret, also Mr. Rico told Ms. Joy that what he was doing will help LIVE LONG HOSPITAL to increase its income and attract more investors in the process.

On the other hand, the doctors and nurses while fighting the COVID-19 seem to be neglected by the management they are working without proper protection, some of them felt sick and some died, because of lack of personal protective equipment, or PPE- including gowns, facemasks, face shields and gloves, some hospital nurses wore garbage bags when gowns ran out, these things happen because the management is trying to reduce the cost/expenditures of the hospital.

Regarding the support service group working in the hospital consists of house-keeping, security, and fire safety, laundry, and ambulance services are currently facing a more difficult situation two months’ pass until now they are not yet receiving their salaries, one of the accounting department staff knowing the financial difficulties they are facing offers personal loans but he is charging 10% interest. One of the housekeeping personnel secretly stealing the hospital supplies and selling them to the supplies store because he is trying to augment his earning, and some it's security personnel are coming to their duties drunk and suffering from a hangover then even engage in selling liquor to their fellow support service employees. These are the skeleton in their closet that the management trying to hide, but currently, they are now the focus of the attention of Government Regulators.
