Louis Croce purchased 49 units in the Glenwood Park condominiums at a foreclosure sale in the mid-1970's. Through subsequent acquisitions, he was able to purchase more of the units and now owns 58 of the 60 units in the complex. Mr. Croce sent out a notice to all owners and lessees that he was raising the association fees from $30 to $160 per month. Josephine Artesani, one of the owners, says that she knew of no association meeting in which the increase was discussed. Can Mr. Croce raise the fees in this manner? Please explain. Artesani v.
