Managing the self-performance: Mr. Rohit is a production in charge in well known manufacturing company. He is a good employee and awarded as a best employee consistently for 2 years. All his subordinates are supporting & motivating him for gaining the hattrick for the best employee award. The personality traits like self-discipline, motivation, consistency, dedication made it possible for Mr. Rohit to nominated & grab the award of best employee for 2 years in a row. Training programmes conducted by company are framed in such a way that each employee will be able to maintain his performance level as per the parameters of companys objective. Training will fulfil the needs to maintain the own performance & team performance as well. Mr. Rohit Is now overburdened for his own performance level, under pressure he is taking fast & challenging decisions, but it ruined the harmony within the subordinates. Senior manager undertaken counselling of Mr. Rohit & guided to maintain the performance in a natural way as before. Motivation was given to him to improve his team spirit & diversified decision making for the benefit of organization. Mr. Rohit organized well in his own performance & grabbed the award again.
