Mine tailings and mineral processing residues are types of wastes not normally

consider by the WA $($Western Australia$)$ Government in State Waste Strategy policy directions. Yet these

waste streams are enormous in WA$.$ Outline a plan for how you would seek to target

one of these waste types for recovery and recycling into useful products that could be

profitable.
