Mixed Reality App Proposal

Propose a mixed reality application. The theme for your proposal will be: Post Pandemic Use Cases for Mixed Reality. Any student wishing to explore a different use case for Mixed Reality, please just let me know the area that you would prefer to explore so I can make sure that its appropriate for the assignment.

Write a detailed description for each of the following:

• Who is your intended user or users? Be specific.
• What existing apps if any are similar to your proposed app? Give some examples that you find through your research.
• What will the product do? How is it used?
• What will the user experience while using the product? How will it make them feel?
• Describe the app interface. What will the users see and hear and how will they interact with the AR elements?
• What technologies will be required? MR glasses/ HMD's, other peripherals?
• How will using this product be a beneficial user experience?
• What is the name of your app? What does the name you chose convey to the user?
• Include at least one original sketch of your own creation showing what users will see while using your app's interface. You can utilize any software that you are familiar with to develop your interface sketches including whatever program you used for Sprint 1: Assignment 1.

For full credit, your submission should include each of the following:

1. Your proposal should include a minimum of two full pages of text description, not including sketches, page titles, etc. How you space, font or bullet your information is up to you, just make sure you have provided two full pages of text description in your proposal.

2. Include your user interface sketch(or sketches) in your .PDF submission. Images do not count toward your two page requirement from number 1. above) Additionally, all images that you create should be submitted separately as .PNG files.

3. Finally, in addition to the two page description and your interface images, your proposal should include a section detailing a cognitive walkthrough of your app's interface that includes at least three main features and action statements for each (similar to what you did for Part 1). For this section, list all action statements from your cognitive walkthrough, develop user flow diagrams for each of your proposed features, and write a short (single paragraph) description for each walkthrough/diagram that you submit.
