Based on this belief, he takes out house insurances with Weloveyou(the insurance company). Mo states that hid house is made of Brick. In fact the house look like it is painted brick, but is made of wood. Mo does not know this when he advises the insurance company and paid for the house and contents insurance. He later realises that the house is made of wood And he does not tell the insurance company. The insurance cover is for house and contents damage, including by fire. The house burns down.

Weloveyou(the insurance company) want to deny liability on the basis that Mo failed to comply with the duty of disclosure.
