Need help in rewriting this in my own words please

Current Employee Demographics

Upon review of the data, there are a total of 69 employees. Of these, 41% are female.

32% are divorced and hold various degrees (3 associate degree, 1 doctorate, 2 graduate, 3

undergraduate); 36% are married (5 graduate, 6 undergraduate); 32% are single (4 associate

degree, 1 doctorate, 3 graduate, 2 high school or equivalent and 1 undergraduate). 59% of

employees are male. 24% are divorced and hold various degrees (5 associate degree, 2 graduate,

2 high school or equivalent and 1 undergraduate); 42% are married (3 associate degree, 1

doctorate, 3 graduate, 4 high school or equivalent, and 6 undergraduate); and 34% are single (3

associate degree, 5 graduate, and 6 undergraduate). Table 1 below depicts this information.

Females at the company seem to have a longer tenure than the males as shown by Table 2

below in the healthcare representative or research director roles.

Attrition Analysis

Through an attrition analysis of employees in the organization, the following bubbled up:

1. Average income

The average income between males and females is very different. Females that have left

the company averaged about $9,800 monthly and males $2,900 monthly.

Promotion

Females formerly with the company averaged 7 years between promotions while males

averaged less than a year. The table below shows the breakout between average age, training

within the year, years at the company, and years since last promotion for former employees.

There is a large discrepancy in training between males and females, and years at company before

promotion.
