need to find a new approach to help my servers do a better job. I could close for one day maximum for training ... but I'd prefer if we could find a way to train them without having to close at all. My questions for you are: (A) what might be some good training objectives to set for my servers? (B) How would you suggest we train them so that we don't have to close down while I lecture them for an entire day? (C) What can I do to ensure that my servers actually use what they learn? I can't watch them all the time to remind them of what they should be doing
