Synopsis: Netflix adopted an aggressive growth strategy to establish itself as a global force in the video streaming industry. To solidify its position as an industry leader, Netflix has invested heavily in the production of in-house content. In order to deal with slow growth and oversaturation in the domestic market, Netflix announced an aggressive expansion of its services into more than 190 countries, thereby giving the company coverage over nearly the entire world, except China, Syria, and North Korea.
