On migrant workers:

a) Is the exploitation of migrant (or other types of) workers in some cases by organizations an acceptable means to serving societal needs and wants (utilitarian argument)? Defend your answer.

b) Would you be willing to pay higher food prices to ensure that workers harvesting food are being paid and treated fairly? Defend your position.

c) With current labour shortages in agricultural (and other lower-paying and minimum wage jobs) due to COVID, why are organizations not offering more attractive wages and benefits to gain interest and recruit much-needed workers? Explain your thoughts.
