I just need you to agree to apply the paint to my house. I must have your reply by September 30." Alberto included his contact information. On September 7, Alberto received the following email from Preeti: "I drove by your house yesterday and determined the amount of work needed to paint your house. I will not be able to paint your house for less than $6,000." On September 15, Alberto received another email from Preeti that stated: "I have changed my mind. I will paint your house for $5,000. Unless I hear from you to the contrary, I will begin work on October 1." Alberto chose not to reply to this email. On October 1, Preeti arrived at Alberto's
