The primary goals of this assignment are to increase your understanding of the development of particular positive communication skills of children from ages 2-10, practice your child-interviewing skills. It is important to learn how to not only interact positively with children but to also learn how to work with children as subjects of research. To assist, I have narrowed the assignment for you to one positive communication skill.

As you view it try to put yourself into the mindset of a child in your chosen age: How long will she/he sit during the movie? What might distract your viewer? What might your viewer find funny? What might your viewer find difficult to understand? What might your viewer remember?
