Specific Task:

The CFO of a midsized manufacturing company is considering purchasing an ERP system but may not have fully considered the other changes that the company needs to make to maximize the value of the system. Using a Balanced Scorecard framework, create a strategy map that describes how the ERP system could benefit company performance with the right set of complementary changes.

Artifact to be submitted:

Strategy map based on Balanced Scorecard perspectives and a table showing changes under each perspective, performance objectives, critical success factors, and key performance indicators.
