Use Appendix A: Emotional Stressors in the Workplace to record the following:

1. Identify three (3) potential emotional stressors for the workplace that you are working in.

2. Analyse these potential stressors by answering the following questions:

i. Are these stressors likely to be short-term or long-term, and why?

ii. Do you have the ability to manage these stressors, or would they require

intervention from others in the workplace, and why/why not?

iii. Are these stressors likely to be something that would affect staff once they finished

their work for the day, and why/why not?

3. Describe in detail the methods you would use to respond to each of these potential emotional

stressors

of potential emotional stressors This evidence must include: Identification of three (3) potential stressors in the workplace by completing question 1 in Appendix A. Analysis of these by completing the questions 2 (i, ii, iii), and 3 in Appendix A.
