Part 4: Review appraisal

ABRG's Records Management Procedure requires client documents to be stored and maintained securely to ensure confidentiality. Electronic files must be saved as a zipped folder and a password applied. For this scenario, use the following password:Password10.

1. a. Correlate, verify and securely store the documents used for the appraisal according to ABRG'sRecords Management Procedure to ensure confidentiality of information. Provide a screenshot of the zipped folder stored on file explorer and another screenshot of a pop-up message on the screen asking for a password to open a file.
