"Young adults now are abandoning Facebook and Instagram in favor of trendier options, like Snapchat. In fact, I am certain that more than 75% of [18 to 24-year-old U.S. adults] use Snapchat, and that this percentage will increase over the next few years." Later, a survey of 356 randomly selected U.S. adults in this age group revealed that 284 of them use Snapchat.
