Six months after Sally opens Sally's Beauty Salon, Supercut (which operates an establishment similar to Sally's Beauty Salon) opens a store in the same Shopping Center. Once Supercut opens, the number of customers coming to Sally's Beauty Salon drops, her business revenue decreases by 50%, and two of her best hair stylists have quit to take a job with Supercut. Does Sally, pursuant to the above provision in the Lease, have any grounds to terminate or cancel her Lease as a result of Supercut's use and occupancy? Explain the basis for your
