As an Engineering Manager of the service center, you decided to use the following five Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure system performance: 1. Avg. customer waiting time 2. Avg. time a customer spends in the service center 3. Avg. number of customers waiting in the queue 4. Avg. number of customers in the service center 5. Avg. server utilization Based on the given information, you need to estimate the five KPIs for the service center in order to monitor and improve its performance.
