PLEASE SOLVE in Detail, I am in DRE NEED of a actual way to solve this problem.
Thermodynamic properties of n-Hexane(1) and n-Heptane(2) gases, can be expressed with the Peng Robinson (PR) equation of state. Assuming that gas phase mixtures they form are showing ideal solution properties for up to 500 K and 10 bar pressure conditions calculate:
Molar enthalpy of the gas mixture (J/mol), entropy (J/mol.K) and Gibbs energy (J/mol) properties for x1=0.4. Additionally, calculate the property changes caused by mixing. Knowledge that might be needed:
n-Hekzan, at 341.87 K and 1 bar has an enthalpy of 28.888 kJ/mol and an entropy of 84.606 J/mol.K
n-Heptan, at 371.55 K and 1 bar has an enthalpy of 31.741 kJ/mol and an entropy of 85.532 J/mol.K
