The chief operating officer (COO) is currently planning the schedule for this project. They have identified the six major activities (that are labelled A, B, C, D, E, F) which each must be completed by the end of the project. They wish to minimise the overall costs of this construction project and as such they wish to know the minimum amount of time required to complete the project.
