Please discuss (compare/contrast, not merely define) each of these learning modalities and provides three (3) examples for each modality. As an example, seminars are a component of Non-formal learning. Keep in mind you are developing a remedial roadmap to alter sub-standard personnel performance. Hence, please address this overarching contextual element - sending them off to college might not be the most effective first step to remediation.
