Description of Title: The scope of the title confined to produce an accurate, usable and flexible personalized RSS news feed system that will harness the power of Artificial Intelligence/text mining techniques to recommend the latest news articles to readers. The RSS system supports a wide range of news drawn from selected sources from the web. It should be designed to support a variety of useful functionalities such as news crawler, related news recommendation, summaries, auto-categorization and news valuation analysis.
