Product Development

1. Identify a product you would like to offer within the hospitality industry.
2. Describe the product. What is it? What are its features. What makes it unique.
3. Determine your target market. Outline the demography of the target market. Outlining why this group is chosen.
4. Build a promotional strategy. Focus on the message to be conveyed, a basic strategy, an advertising and/or digital marketing strategy, and an example of a public relations idea to complement the promotional strategy. How will you brand the product?
5. Use graphics, pictures, symbols to enhance your work.
