Project: Frech Convention Center Frech Convention Center is located in downtown Chicago. Frech Convention Center is a popular location for corporate meetings, special events and educational seminars. The center is so popular that clients sometimes book rooms in advance. The Frech Convention Center currently has five standard meeting rooms, a conference center, a boardroom, and an auditorium. A client may book one or all of the rooms. Frech charges different rates depending on the room or rooms requested based on the length of the meeting in days. The rates are per day. The client must state the beginning and ending dates for the event. If the client books the event six months in advance the client is charged the advance rate. If the client books the event 7 months or more in advance the client is charge the special rate. All other lengths are charged the standard rate. Frech also charges the organization depending on the seating arrangement requested.
