Wawatu on seeing the advertisement visited Wakalinga's house today in the moming to see a Laptop. After discussion, Wakalinga offered to sell a Laptop to Wawatu for Tshs 1,500,000%. Wawatu stated that he would need some time to think it over but if Wakalinga had heard nothing from Wawatu by tomorrow evening she could assume that Wawatu had bought it. Wakalinga replied that this arrangement was fine by her. At 3 p.m today afternoon Mbogo telephoned Wakalinga and offered to buy laptop for Tshs. 2,500,000/-. This time Wakalinga spoke to Wawatu's wife, and told her that the laptop had been sold. The wife said that she expected Wawatu to be back home at 7pm and would pass the message on to him. Unknown to Wakalinga and Wawatu's wife, Wawatu had already decided to buy a laptop and had faxed his acceptance to Wakalinga's phone at 4.30pm. Wakalinga did not read Wawatu's acceptance until 7pm.
