This is a reflective paper highlighting the strengths and challenges that you will need to address to become a highly effective school leader focusing on student and professional learning linked to the school improvement plan of your school.

I believe some of my strengths are relationship-building, being great at budgeting funds, building a community and school spirit, and being task-oriented. One of my challenges are people pleaser, sometimes it's hard for me to make decisions because of people pleasing.
