Each group (3-5 students) is expected to (a) deliver a summary presentation and 5 pg review paper of the assigned theories of motivation from your textbook and (b) apply them to solve a real-life motivational challenge in organizations. The five groups of motivation theories include:

(# group 2) reinforcement theory and goal setting theory, Each group should also find one or two real life business illustrations/cases that are relevant to the challenges of motivation from current news sources (e.g., business magazines, news channels or newspaper articles) and apply the assigned theories of motivation to the case(s) to analyze and provide action plans to address the challenge. No two groups can use the same organization as an example. Please review best practices for business presentations in preparing this assignment. Please include at least 3 peer-reviewed journal articles in your write-up and presentation.

Group 2 - reinforcement theory and goal setting theory, 5 Slides Introduction and explanation of the assigned theory of motivation. Incorporate information and additional learnings from 3 peer-reviewed journal articles on the topic (can use Google Scholar and Buley Library resources to find articles). Provide examples from one or two companies with real motivation issues. Explain what the motivation issues are. Apply your theory of motivation to the company's motivation issues to resolve the problem. Give a summary of the presentation and the group's key learnings from the assignment.
