Rena spent a lot of holidays as a child with her aunt Agnes. Rena has been living in Singapore for the last six years with her husband and children. Agnes is in her 80s and no longer wants to live alone so she asks Rena to move to Australia and live with her. Agnes promised her that if Rena lives with her, she will nominate Rena as the sole beneficiary of her substantial estate. Rena and her husband gave up their jobs and apartment in Singapore and moved to Australia to live with Agnes.
