Respond to this post One group I became involved in is the sexual violence investigation team at the correctional facility I worked at$.$ When I joined the team, I was required to complete training. I completed multiple training modules and I was introduced to the rest of the team members. I was not allowed to conduct my own investigation until I passed the training and shadowed current members for some time. We then would compile together our own notes and investigation conclusions together in a briefing with our lead investigators. We work fluently together as a team as there is a lot of coordination involved with trying to conduct a thorough investigation where a case of sexual violence may have occurred. At the end of each year, we have state$-$wide meetings and touch base with each other and reflect on our successes as a team and where we can improve.
