School-family-community partnerships increase academic achievement, social/emotional wellness and college/career readiness of students. As such, school counselors should be familiar with multiple available resources within their communities to collaboratively support the diversified needs of their students and school community. School counselors are called to create, lead, and facilitate partnerships and have the knowledge of resources in the school community
