Social Psychology topic: Consider a resource we have in limited quantity. What is it? How do we deal with overconsumption on a societal level and then consider your own social value orientation and how you might deal with a limited resource on an individual level. So this may not be the traditional answer but I feel like it should be one so I am going to say it. Patience may not be a physical resource but as far as a mental resource it is in high demand and is overconsumed on a level that is often overlooked. Everyone demands a little bit of your day, from work to tasks at home, and one thing that everyone shares is most people don't have enough of it unless you are rich enough to afford it. Like most issues from fossil fuels to the clothing supply industry, patience is something everyone uses to get around and often at each part of the day. It taxes everyone and it has lead to some different problems in the world that surrounds us. Sound bites trying to grab our attention, a small honey-do task at home, traffic, even our homework assignments require some of our patience
